Meet Sydney MacLean
A self-taught artist based out of Toronto, Canada, who has found herself a muse in the nude female figure. Her vibrant pieces are centered around body positivity, self-acceptance and empowerment. As part of her process, Sydney purposefully does not reveal the true identity of her females; they can be any woman. The combination of an intricate background, bold pastel pose and the signature blank face employs the viewer to use their imagination to complete the story for themselves.
